Maximo Aurelio Peviani is a Civil Engineer and expert scientist working at RSE Research on Energy Systems company (Milan, Italy). He got his MSc diploma at the International Institute for Hydraulic and Environmental Engineer (Delft, NL) and the PhD degree at the University of Perugia (Italy). Nowadays, he is invited lecturer at both the University of La Tuscia (Viterbo, Italy) and the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education (Delft, NL).
He has been leading multi-disciplinary groups both for research and applied engineering in water resources management, hydropower development and marine energy related projects, having about hundred papers published in congresses and international journals.
He was participating in several international projects, been the coordinator of the SEE HYDROPOWER and the AIM+2020 projects, funded by the EU. He is the inventor of the WaveSAX device, granted with two European Patents.
