Francesca has been working in CINEA and other Executive Agencies for over 10 years. She has overseen large portfolios of projects covering renewables and energy efficiency. In recent years her portfolio is composed primarily by Ocean energy and Photovoltaic energy projects funded by the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe Programmes.
