We work with a broad range of stakeholders, operating as a single point-of-access for the industry. Marine Energy Wales has secured a new 3-year funding agreement from Welsh Government, ensuring a continuation of tailored support to the emerging offshore renewable energy market in Wales.

Wales’s national test centre META (Marine Energy Test Area) sits within the Marine Energy Wales portfolio. META is a world-leading facility and a key asset for the marine energy sector. META consists of wave and tidal sites in the Milford Haven Waterway, where marine energy developers can trial devices in real sea conditions
